I started my business working with 4 clients and running monthly revenue of $12k. I got a lot of praise saying how grateful I should be for making that much money and how it was so impressive.

When is the virtual conference?
The virtual conference is going down on September 5-6, 2022. Yes we know September 5 is Labor Day however it is our highest attended day of our conferences. Again if you have plans that day, still grab a ticket to get replay access. The sessions start at 10am Eastern and go until 6pm Eastern with a 1 hour lunch break.
How long are each of the sessions?
Each morning session lasts an entire hour. Each afternoon session ranges from 30-45 minutes.
Can I bring a partner/team member with me to watch?
If they are in the same physical location watching the sessions, then yes. However, our system only allows for 1 email + IP address per ticket. If you plan to purchase 5 or more tickets, please email us as we can give you a deal.
Who is this event for?
This virtual event is for strategists, service providers, and coaches who want to build a life-first business using VIP Days. Most of our attendees are intermediate and advanced business owners who are looking for a better business model that suits the season they are in.
What can I expect to get out of it?
Well my oh my. I thought you’d never ask :) There are literally thousands of screenshots of testimonials and results from each virtual conference in our Dropbox right now. But to sum it up, you will know if VIP Days are the right next step for you in your business. You will also find out what you may need to tweak in your current VIP Day to sell more. You will find new connections that lead to referral partners, collaborations, biz besties and dare I say even clients! We’ve been told time and time again that we do things differently than most events because of the humans that grace us with their knowledge and kindness. That is the big reason why we keep doing virtual events and will continue as well.
Are all the sessions live?
The morning sessions are completely LIVE with our keynotes. Our afternoon sessions are pre-recorded and live-streamed for you to view. We did this so we could accommodate multiple breakouts for you to choose your own adventure.
How long do I have to watch the recordings if I have to miss sessions?
If you grab our $39 ticket, you will get 7 days of replays to watch your favorite sessions or catch ones you have to miss for life. If you grab our $97 ticket, you get an additional 90 days to watch all the sessions at your leisure.
Will I be able to ask speakers questions?
In the morning sessions, you will absolutely have time to ask questions as they are live. In the afternoon, you can ask questions inside the main community to any of the speakers as they will be available to chat + connect with.
What if I have technical issues?
If you ever have tech issues, please reach out to us by replying to any of the emails you receive or email Trina at hello@systemssavedme.com . We also have a number you can text 1 (844) 484-7329 for quick responses as well. We do keep daily hours and you will be prompted on when you can expect a response.
I need special assistance. How do I go about getting what I need?
We absolutely want you to be comfortable when attending our event. We’ve take a few steps and are always open to make additional requests. We have live captioning and captions for our pre-recorded sessions. We can send any slides you’d like to add to your screen reader if you need. If you are having difficulty in any manner, please let us know. We really try to be accommodating + inclusive.
Is this too beginner for me?
Well seeing that you’re reading this page and we haven’t officially met yet, it’s hard to me to truly know what your experience is, background, expertise, etc… I will say we have had people get invitations to come to our conference begrudgingly as they have 12, 20 even 28 years in business. They then leave our 2 day virtual event amazed and excited about the VIP Day opportunity.
Is this too advanced for me?
So if you’re asking this question, you may be newer in business which is cool. AND we typically require folks to have had 3-5 clients minimum before starting to do VIP Days. Why would be put some random client minimum on this? We think you can learn a lot about what your preferences are, what clients you like working with, what your values really are, etc… from doing some client work. It’s up to you if you still want to attend and get a feel. But I would say for VIP Day execution, we recommend having done some paid client work.
Why do I have to give my mailing address?
We want to send a little snail mail! Because even though it is a virtual event, that doesn’t mean it ALL has to be virtual. It’s a little something something. But if you do not want to share that information with us, please send an email to hello@systemssavedme.com and we can accommodate that request.
Is there any way to network and meet new people?
Oh goodness yes! It’s really neat doing a virtual event because you have full permission to talk to people WHILE you’re listening to the speakers. The chat is FIRE (seriously you haven’t seen anything like it besides MAYYBEEE an event Oprah does or something). So while you can totally network + connect during the live event, we have a pre party week with intentional sessions and round table discussions. Because we want to nurture and curate really awesome conversations (and not just hellos, how are yous).
Can I get a refund?
No not at this time so please make an informed decision.
What if I’m new to VIP Days?
You won’t be the only one! We have about 60% of people who attend our event who may have heard about VIP Days mentioned in a random conversation. However, many folks are learning what VIP Days are in a clear and concise way. You’re a great fit for our virtual event!
What if I’m new to business?
If you are brand spanking new to business (aka never gotten a paid client), then I would say this may not be the most helpful virtual event for you. Depending on what day you’re reading this, it depends. But generally speaking, we have prompts on how you can connect with other attendees. We also have pre party week happening on August 29 - Sept 2. These are held by our sponsors and are carefully curated as a great way to lead into the virtual conference. These pre-parties will be recorded and available for replay viewing as well.
